Welcome to GCC Salon Jobs (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (gccsalonjobs.com), our recruitment services, and any interaction with us through WhatsApp, email, or any other channel.
GCC Salon Jobs is the trading name of Beauty Factory HR Solution FZ-LLC, a licensed company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, applying for a job, or engaging our recruitment services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
We are a professional salon staff recruitment agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We connect salon and spa employers across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain with vetted candidates sourced from Nepal, the Philippines, and other countries.
Our services include:
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Employer-candidate matching
- Visa and work permit processing support (MOHRE, Nepal DoFE/FEIMS)
- Onboarding coordination
- Post-placement support and replacement guarantee (subject to conditions below)
2. Who Can Use Our Services
You may use our services if you are:
- A candidate — aged 18 or above (21+ for some UAE work permits), legally eligible to work abroad, and able to provide accurate documentation
- An employer — a legally registered salon, spa, or beauty business with a valid trade license in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain
By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. For Candidates
3.1 No Guaranteed Placement
Submitting an application or profile does not guarantee a job offer. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer. We do our best to match you with suitable roles, but we cannot guarantee placement, salary, or timing.
3.2 Honest Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your CV, photos, experience, certifications, passport, and clearance documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification and we may share this information with relevant authorities if legally required.
3.3 Document Authenticity
All documents you submit — passport copies, medical certificates, police clearance, qualifications — must be genuine. We reserve the right to verify documents and cancel applications where authenticity cannot be confirmed.
3.4 No Fee for Job Seekers
We do not charge candidates a fee to apply for or be placed in a job. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to pay a fee for placement, please report it to us immediately.
3.5 Your Commitments After Placement
Once placed with an employer, you agree to:
- Start work on the agreed date and complete your contractual notice if leaving
- Behave professionally and follow the employer's code of conduct
- Respect UAE/GCC labour laws and visa conditions
4. For Employers
4.1 Service Agreement
When you engage us to hire staff, a service agreement will be established either through a signed contract or by confirmed engagement via email, WhatsApp, or our online hiring form. The specific terms of service (number of hires, salary ranges, fees, timelines) will be confirmed in that agreement.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Recruitment fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed at the start of engagement (typically: part on candidate shortlisting, balance on successful placement).
- All fees are stated in AED unless specified otherwise.
- Late payment may attract interest and suspend ongoing services.
- We reserve the right to withhold candidate details until agreed initial fees are cleared.
4.3 Replacement Guarantee
- If a placed candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 90 days of employment, we will source a replacement at no additional recruitment fee.
- Replacement is not available if: (a) the candidate was dismissed without valid cause, (b) the employer breached the employment contract, (c) the employer failed to provide the agreed salary or working conditions, (d) the employer did not process visa/onboarding on time, or (e) the replacement request is made more than 90 days after the candidate's start date.
- Visa cancellation costs, fines, and repatriation costs for the departed candidate are the employer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 Truthful Vacancy Information
Employers must provide accurate information about the role, salary, accommodation, working hours, and conditions. Misrepresenting vacancy details is grounds for immediate termination of our services and forfeiture of any fees paid.
4.5 Compliance with Labour Laws
Employers are responsible for complying with all UAE and GCC labour laws, including MOHRE regulations, minimum salary rules, accommodation standards, working hours, and end-of-service benefits.
5. Our Role and Limits of Responsibility
5.1 We Are a Recruitment Intermediary
We are an intermediary connecting candidates with employers. We are not the employer of candidates we place, and we are not responsible for the day-to-day employment relationship, workplace conditions, salary disputes, or employment law compliance between employer and employee.
5.2 No Warranty
While we take reasonable care in screening candidates and verifying employers, we do not guarantee:
- That a candidate will perform to the employer's expectations
- That an employer will provide the promised working conditions
- That any visa, permit, or government approval will be granted within a specific timeframe
- That our website will be available 24/7 without interruption
5.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability to any candidate or employer for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, in the 6 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or third-party claims — arising from the use of our services.
6. Using Our Website
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website to browse services, submit applications, submit hiring inquiries, and read our content.
6.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or download our candidate database, employer lists, or any content for resale or commercial reuse
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access our site beyond standard search engine indexing
- Submit false applications, fake vacancy inquiries, or misleading information
- Attempt to access restricted areas (admin panel, other users' data)
- Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Use our services to engage in illegal activity, human trafficking, forced labour, or discriminatory hiring
- Misrepresent yourself as connected to GCC Salon Jobs, Beauty Factory HR Solution FZ-LLC, or Hira Lama or Manji personally
6.3 Intellectual Property
All content on gccsalonjobs.com — text, logos, design, photos, brand marks, Manji's and Hira Lama's personal brand references, the GCC Salon Jobs trade name, and the Beauty Factory HR Solution FZ-LLC company name — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to external services (WhatsApp, Instagram, employer websites, government portals). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
We may also use third-party service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing). While we choose trusted providers, we are not liable for their failures or downtime.
9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms
- Reject or withdraw candidate profiles or employer accounts where information is found to be false or fraudulent
- Discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice
If we terminate your access due to your breach, any fees already paid are non-refundable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the new version here. For material changes, we will notify active candidates and clients directly via email or WhatsApp.
Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the free zone in which Beauty Factory HR Solution FZ-LLC is registered.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication within 30 days of the dispute arising.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement you sign with us, form the complete agreement between you and us.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: If we don't enforce a right under these Terms, it doesn't mean we've waived it.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to a successor entity (e.g., if we restructure the business).
