Our company was founded by Hira Lama (Recruitment Specialist, Nepal) and Manji (International Nail Trainer and Salon Setup Expert). We are a Dubai-based recruitment agency serving salon and spa employers across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain — and sourcing skilled staff from Nepal, the Philippines, and beyond.

1. Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you interact with us.

From candidates (job applicants):

  • Name, date of birth, nationality, gender
  • Phone number, WhatsApp number, email address
  • Passport copy, national ID, photograph
  • CV, work experience, qualifications, certifications
  • Skill demonstration photos or videos
  • Medical fitness and police clearance certificates (when required for UAE employment)

From employers (salon/spa owners):

  • Business name, trade license number, location
  • Contact person name, phone, WhatsApp, email
  • Hiring requirements (roles, quantity, salary range, start date)

From website visitors:

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Pages visited, time spent, referring source
  • Information you submit through contact forms or WhatsApp

  • Employers — candidate profiles are shared with prospective employers as part of the matching process.
  • Government and regulatory bodies — MOHRE, GAMCA medical centres, embassies, Nepal DoFE/FEIMS where required for visa and work permit processing.
  • Trusted service providers — hosting, email, secure document storage, analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality.
  • Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud or document forgery.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

4. Data Retention

We keep candidate and employer data for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with UAE record-keeping rules. Typical retention:

  • Active candidates and clients: for the duration of engagement plus 5 years.
  • Inactive applicants: up to 24 months, then anonymised or deleted on request.
  • Financial and contractual records: retained per UAE statutory requirements (typically 5–7 years).
